Comfortable stay during a business trip! This place was the perfect spot to explore a new area. It's super convenient - right next to a shopping mall, bank, and plenty of restaurants. 🏨

I got a new-fashioned room with queen bed.

Everything was simply great. This was an excellent stay for a night. Booked a room with good views of Town. It had an iron and a carpet if needed.

What a real good stay, nothing too much trouble. Convenient and spotlessly clean place, absolutely superb view of Town. Strategic location in Kuantan so close to eateries and shopping malls and Mideast restaurants and Close to malls. Also, to all the shopping Mall. A nice size room and an iron and a carpet inside. Free and reasonable breakfast with good choice of delicacies and really helpful staff. Efficient services, the free parking was available nearby. Smooth check-in...

We stayed in a hotel located in the city center with easy access to nearby shopping complexes and plenty of eating outlets. Close to the mosque and Kuantan City Mall, which was convenient. Breakfast selection was good with a variety of dishes available.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to our standards.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rocana Hotel. The staff were really good too make our stay special. They surprised us with a birthday arrangement for my partner, a lovely touch. The hotel room was clean and modern, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also appreciated the variety of food options nearby. The only downsides were limited parking and the need to purchase daily parking coupons, but these were minor inconveniences. I would highly recommend Rocana Hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I was delighted by its extremely convenient location. Situated right in the heart of the city, it is within walking distance of not one, but two major shopping malls. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the local food scene and indulge in some retail therapy. Secondly, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were in superb condition with complete facilities, and I found the two single beds to be very comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delightful with a wide variety of tasty and affordable options. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money, attention to detail, and excellent location amongst the shopping malls.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the city mall where I could easily do some shopping. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. the staff was really helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

During my thanksgiving stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. The bed was huge, and the pillows were really comfortable which made it easy to sleep. there was a wide range of food options offered during breakfast which was really delicious. The hotel's location was in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from a huge mall, making it convenient to buy anything.

Parking was limited which might be a problem for those who want to bring their own cars. , the aircon took some time to cool down the room and sometimes it felt as though it wasn't even working.
